LOCTITE® 620 is a high-strength retaining compound formulated for bonding cylindrical fitting parts such as bearings, sleeves, and pins. It is designed specifically for high-temperature service, making it a common choice for equipment that runs hot in continuous operation.
Usage Instructions
Clean and degrease both mating surfaces. Apply Loctite 620 evenly around the pin/shaft or inside the bore before assembly. Assemble parts with a slight rotation to spread the adhesive evenly. Allow full cure before subjecting the joint to load or heat.

Use standard hand tools, or heat to about 300°C and disassemble while hot (Henkel data).
Is it a threadlocker?
No. It retains cylindrical fits. Use Loctite 242, 270 or 272 for threaded fasteners.
