Lapox Metalam System B is a two-component (resin + hardener) clear epoxy coating system manufactured by Atul Ltd. (India) under the Lapox brand. It is engineered specifically for thin-film decorative coating — not for river-table casting or industrial flooring — giving a crystal-clear, glossy, self-levelling finish on metal, PVC, glass, and stone surfaces.
Usage Instructions
Weigh resin and hardener precisely in a 100:50 ratio using a digital scale. Mix thoroughly and slowly to minimize air bubbles. Apply in a thin, even layer using a brush, spatula, or dispensing bottle within the pot life window (20–35 minutes). Allow to surface-dry undisturbed; avoid dust exposure during the curing period.
Safety Information
Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and eye protection when mixing and applying. Avoid skin contact with uncured resin/hardener. Store away from children and direct sunlight. Refer to the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS), available on request.
