Overview
Aratite Standard Epoxy Adhesive is a two-part (resin + hardener) structural epoxy sold in Bangladesh in small household/workshop packs — commonly seen in 13gm (7gm resin + 6gm hardener) and 180gm (100gm resin + 80gm hardener) formats in the local market. It forms a rigid, gap-filling bond on metal, wood, glass, ceramics, most rigid plastics, and concrete.
Usage Instructions
Squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener. Mix thoroughly until uniform in color and use within 90 minutes at room temperature (18–24°C). Apply a thin layer to both surfaces for best results. Hold parts together with clamps, tape, string, or weights for at least 6 hours; avoid disturbing the joint for 12 hours.
Safety Information
Work in a ventilated area. Avoid prolonged skin contact and do not get in eyes; wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS), available on request.
