Solex Super Safety Shoes – Steel Toe Leather Work Shoes

Solex Super Safety Shoes – Everyday Steel Toe Protection for Bangladeshi Workplaces

If you’ve bought safety footwear for a factory or site in Bangladesh, you’ve probably come across Solex Super. It isn’t a premium boot, and it doesn’t try to be. What it offers is the protection most workplaces need every day — a steel toe cap, a steel plate underfoot and a grippy outsole — at a price that makes sense when you’re equipping twenty, fifty or two hundred people.

Construction at a Glance

What It Protects Against

• Dropped objects: The steel toe cap protects against crush injuries from falling tools, parts, cartons and material.
• Sharp objects underfoot: The steel midsole plate helps stop nails, metal off-cuts and broken glass from reaching the foot — a common risk on construction sites and in fabrication shops.
• Slippery floors: The outsole is made to grip on wet and oily surfaces, such as washing sections, dyeing floors, workshop bays and loading areas.
• Long hours on hard floors: The shock-absorbing sole reduces some of the strain of standing and walking on concrete through a full shift.

Where It Works Best

• Garments and textile factories — maintenance, store, cutting, finishing and loading teams
• Construction sites — masons, rod binders, helpers and site supervisors
• Engineering workshops and fabrication units — where metal scraps and heavy parts are always around
• Warehouses and logistics — handling, stacking and loading/unloading
• Manufacturing and utility areas — general plant, boiler, generator and maintenance rooms

Where to Choose Something Else

A good supplier should tell you this upfront. Solex Super is a general-purpose steel toe shoe. It is not the right choice for:

• Electrical work that requires electrical-hazard (EH) rated footwear
• Standing water, heavy mud or chemical washing — a safety gum boot will serve better
• Buyer or compliance audits that ask for certified footwear (for example EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3) — no certification document is supplied with this model, so choose a certified option instead

Why Procurement Teams Choose Solex Super

• Low cost per pair — easy to budget for large workforces and yearly PPE replacement
• Familiar to workers — a well-known name in the Bangladesh safety shoe market, so fewer complaints at distribution
• Standard adult sizes — EU 39–44 covers most workers in one order
• Ready stock in Dhaka — available from our Nawabpur Road store for pickup or delivery

Sizing Tips for Team Orders

Solex Super follows EU sizing. If a worker falls between two sizes, or usually wears thick socks, go one size up. For bulk orders, simply send us a size list (for example: 10 pairs × 41, 15 pairs × 42, 8 pairs × 43) and we’ll confirm stock for each size before issuing the quotation.

Care and Replacement

• Brush off dust and mud after the shift; wipe the leather with a damp cloth.
• Let wet shoes dry naturally in shade — keep them away from direct heaters or boiler heat, which cracks leather.
• Replace the pair if the toe area has taken a heavy impact, if the sole is worn smooth, or if the upper has split. A damaged steel cap will not give the same protection a second time.
